Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities
The Midwest Peace and Liberty Festival brings together activists, thought leaders, and engaged community members for three days of dialogue, education, and networking. We expect 200-300 attendees on-site, with all Main Stage programming livestreamed to extend your reach beyond the physical event.
Our audience consists primarily of agorists, homesteaders, and practitioners of counter-economics who prioritize direct action and practical solutions over traditional political channels. These are individuals actively building parallel systems, supporting local resilience, and investing in products and services that align with their values. Our sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities provide meaningful exposure to an audience that values independence, critical thinking, and principled action.
Sponsorship Packages
Bronze – $50
Your brand will appear on our official website sponsor banner and in the printed schedule and map brochure distributed to all attendees throughout the event. This foundational package ensures consistent visibility across our primary attendee touchpoints.
Silver – $100
Building on Bronze benefits, Silver sponsors receive prominent placement during our Main Stage livestream on Free Speech Media. Your sponsorship includes 10 full-screen logo overlays during breaks and transitions, 30 minutes of lower-third overlay presence during programming, and up to 5 minutes of video advertising. If you don’t have video content ready, we’ll extend your lower-third presence to maintain equivalent value
Gold – $150
Gold sponsors receive our complete sponsorship package. In addition to all Bronze and Silver benefits, your logo will be featured on the prominent 8×10 banners displayed at both the Main
Stage and registration area. These banners are divided into nine sections with the MPLF logo centered and sponsor logos positioned around it, ensuring maximum visibility at our two highest-traffic locations throughout the festival.
Exhibitor Packages
Exhibitor Bronze – $150
Secure a dedicated table space for product sales or organizational promotion, plus two full four-day weekend passes and logo placement on both our website and printed brochure materials.
Exhibitor Silver – $200
Combine your exhibitor presence with Silver-level sponsorship benefits. This package includes table space, two full four-day weekend passes, and complete Silver sponsorship recognition (website, brochure, and livestream promotion).
Exhibitor Gold – $250
Our premier exhibitor package provides table space, four full four-day weekend passes, and the complete Gold sponsorship suite including website, brochure, livestream, and banner placement at Main Stage and registration.
À la Carte Packages
Table Only – $125
Reserve table space for selling products or promoting your organization without additional sponsorship benefits.
Additional Tickets
Additional four-day weekend passes are available at a reduced rate when added to any sponsorship or exhibitor package.
Custom Sponsorship Packages
All sponsorship benefits are available individually or in custom combinations. Need additional video placements during the livestream? Want extended lower-third presence? We can create a package tailored to your specific marketing objectives and budget.
Chance Auction Donation
If a financial donation isn’t an option for you but you’d still like to support the fest and our mission to grow our liberty family, we also accept item donations to our Chance auction.
The sponsor’s name will be announced with item’s winner in Saturday evening’s ceremony.
50% of all proceeds go to our yearly scholarship!
The money raised from each of these endeavors will be split evenly between the event and our yearly scholarship fund which allows one lucky attendee to help grow freedom in their lives and communities.
Previous scholarship winners have built chicken coops, generally improved their homesteads, and taken courses on community outreach.
